Team Adam: Laith Al Saadi sang White Room by Cream-- What a way to go out in this competition. Laith has stayed true to himself and his musical roots this entire time, and that performance was no different. The guitar solo was sick, his vocals, just as good as ever. Blake said you did this your way and you shoved your guitar up my...... Christina said I loved you tearing it up on the guitar. Pharrell said the vibe was amazing, who doesn't wanna play air guitar after you. You being here is a true testament to what the show represents. Adam said I am feeling so good, I have no agenda, you have such purity of spirit and heart. He is what is missing from this show.
Team Christina: Alisan Porter sang her original song Down That Road-- I'm not really loving Curly Sue's original song. Adam thought it was a great song. Blake loves the idea of them writing original songs. Christina said you are the epitome of the voice.
Team Blake: Adam Wakefield and his coach Blake Shelton sang The Conversation by Hank Williams Jr. -- I would give this a 5 out of 5
Team Pharrell: Hannah Huston sang Every Breath You Take by The Police-- For me, that was blase. I liked the arrangement that Pharrell put together, but the overall performance and vocal fell flat. Adam called her badass. Blake said it was risky but with great opportunity for reward. Pharrell thanked the band for what they did. Pharrell felt that Hannah came out with humility and grace.
Team Adam: Laith Al Saadi and his coach Adam Levine sang Golden Slumbers/ Carry That Weight by The Beatles-- Wow, that was amazing, I loved that, 5 out of 5 for sure!
Team Christina: Alisan Porter and her coach Christina Aguilera sang You've Got a Friend by Carole King-- I would give it a 4 out of 5
Team Blake: Adam Wakefield sang his original song Lonesome Broken and Blue-- I loved his original song! Pharrell said, that was your original? Congrats! Adam said that's a great song. Blake said I am so blown away, your song is so good. Blake said it reminded me so much of something Keith Whitley would have written.
Team Pharrell: Hannah Huston and her coach Pharrell sang Brand New by Justin Timberlake and Pharrell-- That was a fun performance, I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 just for personality
Team Adam: Laith Al Saadi sang his original song Morning Light-- Laith's original song is so good, it sounds like this is straight off his new album. Christina said once again you killed it on the guitar. Pharrell said what a great original, and everyone go buy that song now. Adam said everyone in this top 4 is so great, you have slowly over time become my favorite, you play music for the right reasons.
Team Blake: Adam Wakefield sang When I Call Your Name by Vince Gill-- Perfect way for Adam to win the night, I feel like with certain people out of the competition now, he may very well win this whole thing. Adam said he makes such good decisions, he loves how he puts together a song. Blake said you just blew the roof off this place, I cannot wait to see the iTunes charts.
Team Pharrell: Hannah Huston sang her original song I Call the Shots-- I actually think I liked this more than any other original song tonight. Adam said it was so cool to see Pharrell do his thing and what you did was one of the coolest moments on the show ever. Pharrell said Hannah can still be humble and talented and he is honored to be part of the process.
Team Christina: Alisan Porter sang Somewhere-- I will definitely admit that Curly Sue finally stepped it up for me tonight in this performance. It was moving, not cheesy. I really liked it. Adam said congratulations and you know we love you. Christina said we started this journey together in the blinds and you made me cry then and you made me cry now.

The Top 8 Sing for a Spot in The Top 4 on The Voice Season 10
Pink! is mentoring the contestants this week.
Team Adam: Shalyah Fearing sang And I Am Telling You from Dreamgirls-- Wow, she was on point tonight. I liked how she personalized the performance and didn't try to copy Jennifer Hudson or anyone else. All the coaches were on their feet and rightfully so, she was so strong and she just killed it. Christina said she was singing for her life, she was fearless. Christina talked about how difficult that song is to sing, and she brought it. Pharrell said she delivered throughout the song. Adam said he is always impressed by her and overjoyed. Adam said despite her age, she definitely deserves to be in the finale.

Team Blake: Paxton Ingram sang I Would Do Anything for Love by Meatloaf-- I actually really liked it, and like Christina, I would not have expected Meatloaf from him, but it sounded really good. Christina said he pulled off the performance. Pharrell said he would also be great on Broadway. Blake said I don't know anyone who works harder than Paxton. I've been doing this for 10 years and I couldn't be prouder.
Team Adam: Laith Al-Saadi sang One and Only by Adele-- Another unexpected song choice, and Laith pulled this off too. His vocal was beautiful, and it seemed like he connected to the song. Blake said that was amazing, beautiful singing, the guitar solo worked. Pharrell said another great installment. Adam said I would be most proud if you were to make it through. You represent something so near and dear to my heart, and you always stay true to you. It would be an honor to have you get to the end.

Team Christina: Alisan Porter sang Desperado by The Eagles-- I liked Alisan's performance very much, it was heartfelt and genuine. I would have liked to hear a little bit more range, bot overall, another solid performance. I do question whether or not this will propel her to the top four. Adam said, you can do everything. Blake said you reminded me why that is one of my favorite songs. Christina told her she delivered that song beautifully and effortlessly.

He is someone who, without a doubt, deserves to be in this finale. I think I am punching a ticket for him. I would be extremely surprised if he did not make it. Blake said you have had so many break out moments on this show.
Team Christina: Bryan Bautista sang Hurt by Christina Aguilera-- Three out of the four coaches on their feet for Bryan. That was a touching performance, and Christina touched on it, but it literally takes so much to get through that song emotionally. I really applaud his fearlessness. Adam said you always have impressed me, it takes a lot of courage to talk about what you're going through and then to sing about it. Christina said every time you perform you show us a different element of yourself. You made it your own and I wanna hear it again, I am buying it on iTunes.

Her voice is special, there's nothing ordinary about what she does. Christina said you have grown a lot on this show, and you own who you are, that was beautiful. Blake said what Mary Sarah did is solid pure country music. That was your best performance.

Blake said somehow he agreed with Adam, you have not had a performance like that this entire season, that may be your ticket to the finale. Pharrell said, Adam is right, it's been a slow build. The thing is, now you feel like you deserve to be here. Like everyone else, I agree with Adam too. Hannah has been this constant gift this season, and yet somehow, I feel like I haven't appreciated her enough. She has slid under the radar, and she too is someone who may have a place in the finale.

The Voice Season 10 is down to the Top 9
Team Blake: Paxton Ingram sang I Wanna Dance with Somebody by Whitney Houston-- Christina loved how he put his heart and soul into his performance. Pharrell said the song worked well for him, and he loved the key change. Adam thought it was beautiful and felt Paxton was great. Blake said you're the one buy that moves forward every week. I loved it, I felt like it was Paxton's best and strongest performance to date. I loved the energy of the song, somehow the song had such a positive connotation with the beat and key changes.
Team Blake: Mary Sarah sang My Church by Maren Morris-- I love this Mary Sarah performance, the song was so perfect for her. Blake was right, the style is a cross between old and new. The whole audience seemed to be really into the performance. This young lady is a star and Blake is on his feet! Pharrell said it was good you lost the guitar cause you were able to emote so much more. It was your best connection to a song and you had so much soul. Adam said it was your best performance, you found your lane, it felt like you did your song on the show. Blake said I told everyone before the show that you were gonna have a moment tonight, and everyone who works in country music knows what happened on that stage tonight.
Team Christina: Nick Hagelin sang Hold On We're Going Home by Drake-- Pharrell liked it in his full chest voice, you have the instinct of when to step it up. Adam liked when he was dancing, it shows us more what you can do, I mean like, Blake can't do that. Christina loved it. I liked that Nick kept the hook of the song, but slightly changed things around it. It really drew me because he kept what I love about the song and then put this cool spin on it. The dancing was a cool added bonus.
Team Pharrell: Hannah Huston sang Say You Love Me by Jessie Ware-- Blake said it was his favorite Hannah performance this season, and she looked like a superstar. Christina said that was my favorite thing from you up on that stage, I wanted you to own it, and you weren't afraid of it this time. The song was a perfect balance for you, soulful but tender. Pharrell said that was amazing. Every line was beautiful because it came with intention. The dynamics made you a great story teller. The song wasn't my favorite but I loved the way Hannah performed, the deliberate way she placed every note and inflection was flawless.
Team Adam: Shalyah Fearing sang A Change is Gonna Come by Sam Cooke-- Absolutely moving, so impactful, I felt like she meant every word and she was singing to all of us. She is poised and mature beyond her years. Adam was on his feet. Blake said, unbelievable, you're singing so good kiddo. Christina loved the song choice, the passion and strength you convey, you're so authoritative. Adam said this girl is so hard on herself. Shalyah is 16, that is so impressive, nobody means it more than her, she is so passionate.
Team Adam: Laith Al Saadi sang We've Got Tonight by Bob Seeger-- I love how Laith is really displaying his versatility. He is probably the most genuine artist on the show. Pharrell said, America needs to vote you through because you're that guy in high school everyone knew who loved classic rock and blues. Adam said, when you started performing, everyone stopped and that is the ultimate sign of respect. You represent a dying thing that we need around.
Team Blake: Adam Wakefield sang Love Has No Pride by Linda Ronstadt-- All the coaches minus Christina were on their feet. I liked this performance, I definitely didn't like it as much as some of his other performances, but I felt like it tapped into a place we've never heard from him. Christina said that was fiery and so soulful. Blake said that what he just did was his best performance so far, and that he would see him in the finale.
Team Christina: Alisan Porter sang Cryin' by Aerosmith-- Loved this song for her. I think that the song got away from her at the end, it was too big of an ending, but I did like the beginning and middle. Pharrell said congrats again, he felt like she sounded like Heart. Christina said you are a superstar now, I love you.
Team Christina: Bryan Bautista sang 1 + 1 by Beyonce-- Performance of the night, this left my absolutely breathless. It was real expressive, and his interpretation of the song was so on point. He moved up several notches tonight. Wow! Adam said, as a male vocalist, you have the ability to sound effortless even in those high notes. That was really beautiful. Christina said that was amazing, Beyonce, if you're watching, you gotta do a duet with Bryan. That was mind blowing.
So tough to pick the bottom three, but I am going with Paxton, Alisan, and either Shalyah or Hannah

Season 10 The Voice: The Top 10 Perform
Team Pharrell: Daniel Passino sang I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing by Aerosmith-- There were some pitchy moments like Christina talked about, but I felt like in general, the passion he had just helped him push through the performance. Pharrell said don't worry about the past, don't try to predict the future, live in the moment. You pushed through, congrats.
Team Adam: Shalyah Fearing sang My Kind of Love by Emile Sande-- Adam was on his feet. I thought she definitely turned it up a notch this week. Blake said I love you going back to that type of performance, when you're ragged and edgy in the your performance, you strive. Pharrell said it's so cool to witness your passion. Adam said excellent job first off, don't wrangle it in, you're the best when you're at 11. I have a plan for you to do No More Drama by Mary J. Blige next week, and you're gonna kill it.
Team Christina: Nick Hagelin sang I Can't Help It by Michael Jackson-- I loved this, the falsetto was crazy good. The performance quality was so high, it was unique and polished. Pharrell said what he represents to so many people is meaningful. Blake said there were times when he felt like he sounded a lot like Michael Jackson, he loved his vibrato. Christina said there were moments in rehearsal where you definitely sounded like Michael. Thank you America for being his coach, by voting him in you have improved him.
Team Pharrell: Hannah Huston sang Rolling in the Deep by Adele-- I loved her vocal, and my anticipation of her doing that song was crazy. I wanted it to go to an even higher level than that. I think what threw me was that the chorus wasn't as strong as Adele. Adam said you have an amazing voice, my only criticism is when you slid up to that first note on the chorus, I'm a jerk and you're amazing and I love you. Pharrell said that was 1,000 percent amazing, that was so sick, America vote this amazing girl through.
Team Adam: Laith Al Saadi sang The Thrill Is Gone by B.B. King-- Laith moved me! His musicality is stunning, his voice is authentic. Adam and Pharrell were both on their feet. That was honestly incredible. Blake said your guitar playing is incredible, don't ever underestimate yourself as a singer, let us hear it. Adam said that was the best show of musicianship I have probably ever seen on this show. A voice and music work hand in hand, you're incredible Laith, you are becoming my favorite.
Team Blake: Paxton Ingram sang It's All Coming Back to Me Now by Celine Dion-- I actually thought that was a risky choice, a challenge that panned out. Paxton took notes from Blake and did much better with staying on pitch. As always, his performance quality did not lack at all. Christina loved how dramatic it was, you always bring a drama and presence to it, you made it your own, it was really good. Blake said you are in the zone. This is why I do this job, you are becoming an artist right before our eyes.
Team Blake: Mary Sarah sang Stand by Your Man by Tammy Wynette-- This was one of my favorite performances of the night personally. She just bleeds country authenticity. Adam said that's a major song, and it is difficult in all ways. This is very in the zone of who you are, it fit you very well, amazing performance, knocked my socks off. Blake said you just engaged the entire country audience out there. It's gonna be a good night for you.
Team Christina: Bryan Bautista sang Promise by Romeo Santos and Usher-- I liked what Bryan did, I agree with Adam, I do think he is one of the best singers in the competition so personally, I'd like to see him in that Top 3 representing for Team Christina. He always picks songs so he can stay true to who he is and that's meaningful. Pharrell said, bro, come on, that was awesome. You did that on the show, competing, and showcased your vocal ability, that was amazing. Adam said, I have Jewish blood and it loved you very much. I think you are one of the most gifted singers in this competition. If you continue on this road, you will be in the finale. Christina said he is representing for the Latinos.
Team Christina: Alisan Porter sang Let Him Fly by Patti Griffin-- Adam said you speak through the music, it's a defining thing about artistry. Blake said I already loved you, but I now I really really love you, cause you did a country song. Christina said I am proud of you for being so courageous and showing so much vulnerability. Thank you for sharing with us. I'll be honest, I loved her blind audition, and it was downhill from there for me, until tonight. I absolutely loved that her performance was actually humble, thoughtful, and vulnerable.

The three male coaches were on their feet. Pharrell said so much soul, I cannot wait to hear the album with big machine, you are the next one. The piano solo was amazing. Blake said the was my favorite performance of the night.

Team Christina: Bryan Bautista sang Promise by Romeo Santos and Usher-- I liked what Bryan did, I agree with Adam, I do think he is one of the best singers in the competition so personally, I'd like to see him in that Top 3 representing for Team Christina. He always picks songs so he can stay true to who he is and that's meaningful. Pharrell said, bro, come on, that was awesome. You did that on the show, competing, and showcased your vocal ability, that was amazing. Adam said, I have Jewish blood and it loved you very much. I think you are one of the most gifted singers in this competition. If you continue on this road, you will be in the finale. Christina said he is representing for the Latinos.
Team Christina: Alisan Porter sang Let Him Fly by Patti Griffin-- Adam said you speak through the music, it's a defining thing about artistry. Blake said I already loved you, but I now I really really love you, cause you did a country song. Christina said I am proud of you for being so courageous and showing so much vulnerability. Thank you for sharing with us. I'll be honest, I loved her blind audition, and it was downhill from there for me, until tonight. I absolutely loved that her performance was actually humble, thoughtful, and vulnerable.
Team Blake: Adam Wakefield sang I Got a Woman by Ray Charles-- The question is...is there anything that Adam Wakefield cannot do? This performance was captivating . The three male coaches were on their feet. Pharrell said so much soul, I cannot wait to hear the album with big machine, you are the next one. The piano solo was amazing. Blake said the was my favorite performance of the night.

The Voice Season 10: The Top 11 Perform in Honor of Prince
Team Adam: Shalyah Fearing sang The Climb by Miley Cyrus-- I actually loved this more than last week. I liked how she changed the song towards the end, she really stayed true to herself. Blake said her journey is just starting for her. Christina loved the performance and loves her story. Pharrell liked how she delivered on what the song is all about. Adam said, I love you, you're amazing. Considering what you've been through, you're the embodiment of what this dream is all about.
Team Pharrell: Daniel Passino sang Time After Time by Cyndi Lauper-- I love this song for him, it really suits the tone of his voice. He is continuing to be a contender in this competition. Pharrell said you took your time and worked the room, the notes were signature. The last notes were so crazy, and I think you did a really great job. Christina said that it's great that Daniel is on Pharrell's team.
Team Blake: Paxton Ingram sang Break Every Chain by Tasha Cobbs-- This was so much better than last week. I think Paxton is back. How this will hold up against everyone else's performances I don't know but I loved this. The vocals were strong. Pharrell said this was an unleashing of power. Adam said that he is blown away, loved the performance. Blake thanked Pharrell for helping out with the arrangement, and said he has never seen that smile on Paxton before.
Team Adam: Owen Danoff sang Fire and Rain by James Taylor-- I like Owen but I don't think that the slowness of this song did him any favors. I like his tone and I think he tells an effective story, but I didn't think this was the best choice for him tonight. Christina didn't really seem to like it, she repeated that he is a good story teller. Adam likes that they can relate to each other on an artistic level.
Team Blake: Mary Sarah sang Johnny and June by Heidi Newfield-- Christina loved it. Pharrell said it was his first time hearing the song. Blake told Mary that she should learn how to yodel, he loved it obviously. I really liked this, I had never heard the song either, but for some reason, it sounded like something Carrie Underwood would sing. I continue to love her tone, and be impressed with her range, this was so pretty, and thoughtful.
Team Christina: Alisan Porter sang Stay With Me Baby by Lorraine Ellison-- I mean her vocals were strong, and I think all the coaches were on their feet. I didn't love the song though. Sometimes, to me, it comes across where she's trying to prove something and she doesn't really have to. I also think she lacks humility a little. Of course, all the coaches loved it.

Christina said silky smooth, amazing choices, what you do is really hard. You have that old school quality to you.

Big Machine should be watching you right now because you are ready. Adam said you're amazing and you do everything, in one performance, you traverse a lot of musical ground. Blake said the amazing thing about you is you always can give a little bit more. I agree with all the coaches, I just am so impressed with him. It's like he is already a seasoned musician in the business.
Team Christina: Nick Hagelin sang Your Body is a Wonderland by John Mayer-- Blake said I like seeing you centered and playing the guitar. It's like you're Jason Bourne or something. Christina said you have the best energy and you are so charismatic, there's an energy you have on stage and you're so lovable. I liked this performance too, he really zoned in and had fun with this.
The song choice was great for him, I wouldn't have thought it went with his style but it more than did. I think he is someone who will be around for a while.

Pharrell said I know all of Nebraska is standing up for your right now. That was eloquent, you were generous with your range, you took your time with the song. Another solid performance by Hannah, fairly obvious she is not going anywhere. Not a lot to say, except, what impresses me about her is that she is as good as Alisan but doesn't realize that she is. She is very unassuming about how good he is.
Team Adam: Laith Al Saadi sang Make it Rain by Ed Sheeran-- Before Laith even starts singing I am so excited because as Adam said, the song is so rooted in classic rock and blues. It's a treasure. Blake said it's crazy that you would be so surprised that you're here because you're a breath of fresh air and we can't wait to see what you do next. The Voice Season 10: The Top 12 Take the Stage
Team Blake: Mary Sarah sang So Small by Carrie Underwood-- The song was ambitious but I think it paid off for her. She changed some things up, and made it her own. Pharrell said did you ever imagine you'd be singing your truth here. Adam said it's cool that you did this contemporary song to show us that you can sing different things. Blake said I never paid attention to that song, and the way you sang it made me pay attention.
Team Adam: Laith Al Saadi sang Born Under a Bad Sign by Albert King-- I love, what Adam calls, Laith's musicality. He is a true blues musician. Blake said that has to be as good as it gets in terms of the blues. Pharrell said this guy is the real thing, can we just discuss that guitar solo at the end. Adam said, I am so proud to have you on my team. It's really refreshing, there's been no one like you on the show ever, and you keep getting better, I am just so proud of you man.
Team Pharrell: Daniel Passino sang Human Nature by Michael Jackson-- I love this performance, I think Daniel did a great job choosing a song that reflected his inspiration and he sang it all the better because it's a song he was passionate about. Adam said you've turned into a comfortable performer, you were able to laugh and smile in that performance, I am so impressed. Christina liked the nod in her direction, she thought it was smooth. Pharrell said I cannot take any praise from this.
Team Pharrell: Emily Kenner sang Lilac Wine by Jeff Buckley-- I liked Emily's range in that performance, but at times it was a but sleepy. Adam is excited someone did that song and loved her rendition of it. Christina said that's what she was waiting for from Emily, and called that magical.
Team Christina: Nick Hagelin sang Mine Would Be You by Blake Shelton-- I love the way that Nick transformed that song into something so original. I loved the vocal arrangement of that song, he definitely changed it from the way that Blake sang it. Pharrell said he gave that song a whole new life separate from what Blake did with it. Blake said really cool idea, it was a great job, people will be asking me to do the Nick version of that song. Adam said that will be me, and Nick moved around more in that performance than Blake has moved around in his whole life. Christina said you're so humble and you have such a great charisma.
Team Blake: Adam Wakefield sang Soulshine by The Allman Brothers Band-- All the coaches were on their feet. Pharrell said you took me to church on television and set me free. You sang with precision and vocal attention. Adam said I am so happy because I am a huge fan of yours, and you're gonna be able to do anything you want. You're so far beyond the real deal, I feel like you have 12 albums out and that was your rock n' roll hall of fame performance. Blake said you are going to be around for a long, long time dude. Adam is literally one of the most authentic musicians I have ever seen on a reality singing show in forever. He just oozes talent and originality and I love it.

Christina said you're such a gentleman, you're so sweet, and when you come out here, you just shine. You are a star. Bryan always surprises me with his intricate runs, the notes he chooses, and how he arranges the song. To me, he deserves to be in this competition for a long time, I truly hope that the viewers get behind him.
Team Adam: Owen Danoff sang 7 Years by Lukas Graham-- I thought that was the perfect song choice for him, it just goes really well with who he is as an artist. I have been saying it since the beginning but there is something so interesting about his tone, it's warm, but strong. Pharrell said I think you're quite the vocalist, that performance packed a mean punch, goal accomplished. Adam said the best part was when you busted out of the shell you'be been in for the past several months. You came alive tonight, and I know that you know what I am talking about.
Team Christina: Alisan Porter sang Stone Cold by Demi Lovato-- I love this Demi song, I felt like she pushed a little too much towards the end, and her final run was a little off. Very telling, Adam is not standing. Adam said it was unbelievable. Blake said, aren't you tired of being so great all the time. Christina said she cannot wait to hear the Alisan Porter album.

I think Paxton has to be careful when he sings that he doesn't sound too affected. I loved the style though, and I do think he will be around for a long time in this competition. Pharrell said, lots of interesting parts in that performance. Blake said, I was thinking, you get all that from singing in church, but you are gonna be around.

I loved that, and I feel like if she leaves this thing prematurely, I am going to be so upset. Adam said this is her own genre of music called alien soul. Blake said your song choices are just so impressive. Pharrell said, I want everyone in Nebraska to vote for you. You have mountain ranges of notes, you are killing it and inspiring so many people.

I am so impressed by the woman you are becoming in front of all of us, I just don't know where you get it sometimes.

The Voice Season 10: The Lives, Team Adam and Team Pharrell
Comeback Artist Team Pharrell: Daniel Passino sang When I Was Your Man by Bruno Mars-- I am happy Pharrell brought him back because I got to see another side of Daniel. His falsetto was ridiculous. Blake said the talent level is so good and that guy is a comeback artist, you put yourself back in the mix. Christina said that song is so hard to sing and I loved your tenderness.
Team Pharrell: Emily Keener sang Still Crazy After All These Years by Paul Simon-- Emily for me, is definitely more of an indie artist, and I get what she is trying to do. She comes across as a little old fashioned for me, but I think it's a matter of style. Adam said that he loved her performance of one of his favorite songs. Pharrell said I am so lucky to have you on my team, and everyone at home vote for this amazing unicorn of a singer.
Team Adam: Laith Al Saadi sang With a Little Help From My Friends by The Beatles-- Absolutely loved this performance because despite the fact that it is old school or what have you, it relates to today. He brings it to the present, and just the musical quality that this guy has is incredible. Blake said you're always good when you get on stage. Christina said that was exciting, and great to see that from you. I love that raw, gritty, soul that you have. Pharrell said as always that was awesome, and if you love classic rock, you have to vote for this guy. Adam said that you lit up this room in a different way. I'm happy you represent something that sometimes becomes unappreciated.
Team Pharrell: Moushumi sang Love Yourself by Justin Bieber-- I love this song, but I feel like it deviated too far from the original. It seemed overly dramatic to me. Adam said he finds Moushumi interesting, but I wanted to see the glassy quality of your voice. Christina liked the cool, dark twist to it, I didn't.
Team Pharrell: Lacy Mandigo sang Love is a Battlefield by Pat Benatar-- I actually liked this performance, I think she was one of the best on Team Pharrell tonight. Blake said you've had a messed up journey to get here, congratulations. There's something special about you. Christina said you rocked it tonight. Pharrell said you were never meant to go home. You are a 90's baby that acts like an 80's baby.
Team Adam: Owen Danoff sang Hero by Family of the Year-- Blake said you made that seem like your song that you performed. To connect with a cover like that is rare. Pharrell said that was a magical moment, and it was because of your tone. Adam said everyone has a different opinion of what makes a great singer, and I think it's about making a song your own, and you did that. I loved that! I thought that his tone was unreal, and I completely agree with all the coaches, Owen made that song his. I honestly thought that he wrote the song and performed it.
Team Adam: Shalyah Fearing sang Listen by Beyonce-- Oh my! That was a moving moment, her vocals were not perfect, but they were spectacular and chock full of emotion. I think she took Adam's points so well and was able to produce that. Wow! All the coaches are on their feet. Blake said you just became the front runner. Christina said you have such presence. Pharrell said you're 16, I am honored to be a part of your journey, please vote for this girl. Adam said I am so proud of you, you and Owen have the same thing, we believe you, and we get the message you are trying to convey. Everyone felt like you were telling us the truth, incredible.
Comeback Artist Team Adam: Nate Butler sang Sara Smile by Hall & Oates-- Nate is someone who I personally thought never should have gone home. I fully expected him to be stolen to another team so to see him come back was great. Blake said I love the runs and the falsetto, the element of surprise is great for you. Adam said Nate should be here for a while.
Team Pharrell: Caity Peters sang I'll Be Waiting by Adele-- This was not a memorable one for me tonight. I did not like the song choice. It was forgettable and I think the coaches know that as well. Christina liked her energy.
Team Adam: Caroline Burns sang All I Want by Kodaline-- Touching performance by Caroline. Again, I feel like this is one of those performances where the song isn't well known so it's easy to forget but I feel like Caroline is one of those singers who is so connected to whatever she sings that you cannot help but remember her. Blake said Caroline is one of his favorites this season, your talent just pours out of you. Pharrell said it's amazing to see your journey and just watching you transform. Pharrell said her performance tonight was so different from everything else she has done. Adam said you've been steadily great, I think the next thing you do is going to be explosive. I am happy and proud of you Caroline.
Team Adam: Brian Nhira sang Alive by Sia-- Christina said Sia is so hard to execute, you have a crazy range. Kudos to Adam to work with you and your range, loved it. Pharrell said congratulations on having fun like that, you stayed on key the whole time and it was so high, keep going. Adam said I always worry about my team, but Brian is game time, you have this confidence and air about you that is very refreshing. Excellent job, you will never have to sing a song that hard again. I was impressed with Brian because he always challenges himself, and I am not even a singer by trade, and I completely understand the difficulty of that song. Any Sia song, in my opinion, is so difficult to sing. Brian made it seem raw and effortless.
Team Pharrell: Hannah Huston sang Ain't No Way by Aretha Franklin-- You know what, I love Hannah, I didn't love this song for her, but she pulled it off because she is such a great singer and she emotes so well. Pharrell said, your students are right, you are so colorful when you sing.

Team Blake: Paxton Ingram singing Hometown Glory by Adele versus Angie Keilhauer singing Take Your Time by Sam Hunt-- I love this Sam Hunt song but I honestly didn't think this was the right song for Angie. I thought Paxton's confidence really came across and I would go with Paxton because he had a better connection to the song. Pharrell said the song didn't measure up to Angie and her vocal. Christina liked how Paxton dipped into the juicy low part of his voice. Adam likes what Angie puts into every performance. He said Paxton's voice is so different and that's worth it's weight in gold. Team Adam: Owen Danoff singing Always a Woman by Billy Joel versus Ryan Quinn singing Drops of Jupiter by Train-- Pharrell didn't feel Ryan was as connected to the song as he normally is. He would personally choose Owen. Adam said do I choose Ryan and his efficiency or do I choose the something special in Owen? Adam said he had to go with his heart because Owen gave a piece of his heart and soul to the performance. I like both of them, I think in the short run I would go with Owen and in the long run I would go with Ryan. Owen gave the best performance here but down the road, Ryan could rise to the occasion.

Team Pharrell: Malik Heard singing Isn't She Lovely by Stevie Wonder versus Hannah Huston House of the Rising Sun by The Animals-- Hannah slayed this, her vocal control was unreal. However, Malik is talented for someone his age, he has some pitch problems, but this is someone who has a lot of potential. Adam called Hannah's performance "bonkers", and thought Malik did an amazing job. Blake said standing ovation for Hannah, and thought Malik was so entertaining. Christina felt Malik's joy and thought Hannah's choices were cleverly placed.

Team Blake: Katie Basden singing Gypsy by Fleetwood Mac versus Lacy Mandigo singing Zombie by The Cranberries-- I preferred the gentle strength of Katie's performance. I liked Lacy's fierceness but honestly, it wasn't as controlled as it should have been. Christina thought Katie was strong and clear. Pharrell said he would give this knockout to Katie. Adam said Katie is phenomenal but Lacy has enormous potential.
Blake chose Katie because of how she transformed the song, and Pharrell and Adam tried to steal Lacy, and Lacy picked Pharrell
Team Christina: Alisan Porter singing River by Joni Mitchell versus Daniel Passino Ain't Too Proud to Beg by The Temptations-- Alisan's performance was flawless for me, but Daniel didn't give anything up, he fought all the way. Pharrell thought Daniel slayed it and his ambition was great, and Pharrell finds Alisan a seasoned artist. Adam said Daniel has what it takes, and Alisan you're something special and we're gonna see more of you. Blake said both of you sing incredibly well, Alisan won because pain connects so well. Christina hates that someone has to go. I think it's too bad that Daniel could not get stolen as he was so good as well.

Team Pharrell: Emily Kenner singing Big Yellow Taxi by Joni Mitchell versus Shalyah Fearing singing A Broken Wing by Martina McBride-- I find Emily rather pitchy, and I don't love the song choice. I would definitely pick Shalyah, she had so much commitment to the performance. Adam said Shalyah was a revelation to him, and damn, I dare Pharrell to make you available to me. Blake said he loves the song Shalyah chose, and he agrees with Adam, she took this one. Christina thought this was the finale show and that Shalyah just won The Voice. Pharrell said Shalyah you were swinging for the parking lot. You are both so much more musically mature than most adults, you both killed it.

The Voice Season 10: The Battles Are in Full Swing
Team Christina: Shalyah Fearing versus Tamar Davis sang Lady Marmalade by Patti LaBelle-- In this battle, I'd give it to Tamar because she's the more experienced singer. Shalyah is young and skilled but my issue is she sounded like she was screaming at times.
Christina chose Tamar and surprisingly Shalyah was stolen by Pharrell
Team Blake: Justin Whisnant versus Mary Sarah sang Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man by Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn-- They were both great, but if I were picking for my team, Mary is a star. Christina said she enjoyed both of them and this would be a tough choice. Pharrell liked the way Justin controlled his verbratto and Mary's showmanship. Blake was proud of both of them, but decided to go with who he thought was a little stronger.

Team Pharrell: Jessica Crosbie versus Nick Hagelin sang Electric Feel by MGMT-- Diddy told them to feel the funk, feel the pocket. Jessica came out strong, but so did Nick, I really liked their stage presence and how they worked the stage together. They really took Diddy's notes well. Adam said Jessica broke his heart when she didn't choose him. Blake thought Nick spent a lot of time in his falsetto, and he liked it, and would go with Nick. Christina said if I had to pick I'd go with Nick for the high note. Pharrell said they both brought it. He liked that Nick went for the note he gave him about the full note, and he liked how Jessica took Puff's note.
Pharrell chose Nick and at the last minute, Adam stole Jessica! Yes! Both of them deserved to move on.
Team Christina: Chelsea Gann versus Kata Hay sang The Only One by Melissa Etheridge-- Unimpressed, this was a little bit throw away for me. I guess I would pick Kata based on the fact that I liked her blind audition better.

Team Adam: Natalie Yacovazzi versus Nate Butler sang Hollow by Tori Kelly-- Blake says Natalie has originality, and Nate sounds a lot like Adam and he is pitch perfect. Christina said this is neck in neck. I liked both of them, but I would give the edge to Nate, personal preference.

Team Pharrell: Hannah Huston versus Maya Smith sang Elastic Heart by Sia-- Diddy talked to both of them. He told Maya to be more confident and he told Hannah to show more attitude. I liked Hannah's tone more, but I thought Maya grew a lot. Adam liked Hannah's presence and confidence. Blake said Hannah is intense and Maya seemed a little more free. Christina felt like their vibrattos were both strong.

The Voice Season 10: Blinds Continue with Amazing 4 Chair Turn
Hannah Huston sang Unaware by Allen Stone-- I was getting scared that no one was going to turn. Then all of a sudden, everyone except Adam turned in the end. I thought this girl was great, I am glad she didn't sing something so mainstream, but instead, she sang something that was her vibe. I loved it. I think she could go far, that voice is soulful.
Hannah chose Pharrell
Brian Nhira sang Happy by Pharrell-- This guy can clearly sing, I think I loved him even more when he sang Jesus Loves Me, he clearly would be a gospel singer. Blake and Pharrell turned for him, and I felt like Blake didn't have a chance!

Asya sang Say Something by A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera-- No one turned. Christina said she wanted a little less power and a little more emotion.
Brittany Kennell sang Strong Enough by Sheryl Crow-- she had some great tone in her voice. Blake said that Christina mentioned that she sounds like Gwen, another girl he likes. Blake said, I really like you. Pharrell also talked about the unique tone in her voice.

Natalie Yacovazzi sang Mr. Know it All by Kelly Clarkson-- Woah! Why did no one turn except Adam?! Well whatever, Adam said he had to keep his poker face on so that the other judges wouldn't turn. She said Adam inspired her to come back. I loved her voice and her performance, this was a great Blind Audition song.

Malik Heard sang Chains by Nick Jonas-- Pharrell and Christina turned. Pharrell said he would love to have Malik on his team, and he's been making records since he was 18. Christina said she loves nurturing artist. I liked the smooth quality in Malik's voice, and I think he is something who has potential to grow which is important in a competition like this, so he will do well.

Peyton Parker sang Dreams by Fleetwood Mac-- Absolutely love the tone in this girl's voice. Christina and Pharrell turned right away, followed by Blake. The audience is really into her performance and are clapping along. Beautiful story-teller quality to her voice, I love it. Adam, you're an idiot for not turning! Pharrell asked her what type of artist she is, and she said she's a songwriter. Christina said there is no one on my team like you. Blake said your voice is so soft and cuts through.

Kristen Marie sang Mad World by Tears for Fears-- Blake and Christina turned for Kristen who is someone that I could see being very versatile. Blake wanted her to pick him because she is from Oklahoma. Christina said I want to help you as an artist rise above in this competition.

Nate Butler sang The Walk by Mayer Hawthorne-- All three guys turned at the last minute. I found Nate's falsetto and vocal impressive. Adam is right, he did have some trouble with the transitions but he was good enough to get by and Adam is good enough to help him.

Ryan Quinn sang Can't Find My Way Home by Blind Faith-- Omg! I loved Ryan's voice, he reminded me so much of Sting. This was a four chair turn and for good reason. Adam said he is jealous of his tone and his claws are out to get Ryan on his team. Christina said that everyone would love Ryan on their team. Blake urged Ryan to let him help him to the best he can be. Pharrell said good will is always rewarded in the end.
