The Voice Season 26: Three Way Knockouts Stun!

Team Snoop: 

Austyns Stancil sang Dance with my Father Again by Luther Vandross-- Heartfelt, real, and raw, Austyns felt every note and lyric. This was truly beautiful. 

Christina Eagle sang My Church by Maren Morris-- She is just a spirited performer. I feel like she goes up on stage and leaves it all up there each time. 

Jake Tankersley sang Going Going Gone by Luke Combs-- Jake has the ultimate cowboy voice. It is crazy how long he gets and is able to keep so much control in the vocal and the performance. 

I loved them all and I do not think I could choose. Reba said Austyns was spirit filled. She liked how Christina had fun and filled the stage. She loved Jake's big, round voice. Michael talked about how great Snoop is at the voice. He said he wanted to be like Jake. He said Christina becomes a superhero on stage. Lastly, he said that He thought Austyns nailed it and would pick him. Snoop chose Austyns, saved Christina, and Gwen stole Jake. 

Team Reba:

Adam Bohanan sang Colors by Black Pumas-- Such an underestimated and undervalued artist in this competition. He just literally has tons of soul. 

Cassidy Lee sang Love Me Like a Man by Bonnie Raitt-- Love Cassidy's voice as well. She is so bluesy and this song was perfect for her. 

Jaukeem Fortson sang God Only Knows by Dolly Parton-- Wow! Oh my gosh, this was so good. I really felt like I was at church. So young and so talented. 

Snoop said first time I went to a bar, a club, and church right after. Gwen said wow thank you guys, I don't think I could choose. Snoop would go with Jaukeem, Michael would go with Adam. These three are all amazing in all honesty. They are all winners. Reba chose Adam. Michael stole Jaukeem. 

Team Gwen:

Camryn Brooks sang Glitter in the Air by Pink-- This was heartfelt and it felt like a tribute to her mom who has always believed in her. 

Deon Jones sang Nutbush City Limits by Tina Turner-- He was a total showman. Vocals weren't perfect, but the performance made up for it, raw emotion, he felt the song. 

Jose Luis sang We Can't Be Friends (Wait for Your Love) by Ariana Grande--  Amazing vocals, I'm not even going to lie. I feel like Ari would be proud of this performance. He can sing any notes, anything, and I did feel like he connected with the song this time. 

Michael said Deon I could not stop watching you, Jose I would have to choose you, that voice cements you. Snoop said Jose, when you have the mic in your hand you turn into another person. The light is on you and you step right into it. Reba said, Deon you're the ultimate show dog. Gwen said Camryn you've come far. Deon to be able to sing, dance, and control the room is rare. Jose Luis, you're unbelievable, I'm blown away by you, you have an absolute gift. Gwen chose Jose Luis!

Team Buble: 

Cameron Wright sang You're All I Need To Get By by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell-- I loved that, what an effortless performance. 

Sloane Simon sang Can't Catch Me Now by Olivia Rodrigo-- What a stunning vocalist, she is a star.

Snoop said Cameron you chose a duet and sang it by yourself. Sloane you sounded like you were in a movie. Reba said Sloane your vocal was beautiful. Cameron you had great range. Gwen said Cameron your runs were so tasteful. Sloane, I am team Sloane. Michael said the show is The Voice and he couldn't bear to part with either one of them. He chose Cameron and saved Sloane. 

The Voice Season 26: Not Gonna Lie, These Battles Were a Little Toxic

Team Buble: J Paul vs. Kamila Kiehne singing Toxic by Britney Spears-- Did not love this, the arrangement was a mess, and the song choice did not suit either one of them. Looking back on the blinds, I was more impressed with J Paul so I would choose him going forward. Reba would choose Kamila while Gwen said J Paul is ready now. Snoop didn't choose, but ultimately Michael chose J Paul. 

Team Gwen: Camryn Brooks vs. Rowdy Shea singing I Remember Everything by Kacey Musgraves and Zach Bryan-- Didn't love this either! Neither gave a particularly memorable performance. Looking to the blinds once again -- Camryn gave the better performance and Gwen chose her. 

Team Reba: Tanner Frick vs. Tate Renner singing Need a Favor by Jelly Roll-- Great song choice, I liked both of these guys. I found myself preferring Tate but ultimately both of them deserve to move forward. Reba chose Tate and Michael stole Tanner. 

On a side note, the battles this night have been a disaster overall with the exception of Tanner and Tate. No clue what's going on and the song choices are bizarre. 

Team Snoop: Michael Alexandersson vs. Mary McAvoy singing I Only Have Eyes for You by The Flamingos-- This was another mediocre performance for me. Each had bright spots but inconsistent. Beautiful song choice that just needed more practice. Snoop picks Mary and Michael is headed home. 

Team Reba: Katie O vs 323 singing Lonesome Loser by Little River Band-- I was not crazy about the song choice. Katie O was clearly a four chair turn for a reason, I felt she came out the stronger artist here. Reba chose Katie O. 

Team Buble: Cassidy Lee vs. Cameron Wright singing Hero by Mariah Carey--  This was a great performance for both of them. I found it to be a little bit of an interesting song choice but both of them came out winners. Snoop appreciated both artists and couldn't choose. Reba would choose Cassidy. Gwen said she would choose Cameron. Michael said Cassidy crushed it, but ultimately had to pick Cameron. Reba stole Cassidy.
